Talent Parade

The Talent Parade at HR College was organized to highlight the diverse talents of students while encouraging creativity and teamwork. On the day of the event, the atmosphere was lively, with participants presenting a range of skills, such as singing, dancing, and drama. The successful execution of the event was made possible through the collaboration between IVC and YTC, with IVC managing the stage and YTC overseeing participant engagement. The event concluded with the team securing second place overall, a testament to the strength of their partnership and the talent among the students. The collaboration between IVC and YTC not only improved the event's quality but also fostered a sense of community among those involved. Both teams are eager to continue working together in future endeavors to support student creativity and talent.
Garba Night

Yuva Tourism club junior of Hr college organized a thrilling Garba event on the 4th and 9th day of Navratri at Virat Ambe, which had turned out to be a massive success.
The enthusiasm and energy of the students had been palpable as they danced the night away, immersed in the vibrant spirit of Navratri. The air had been electric with excitement, and the sound of traditional Garba music had filled the atmosphere, drawing everyone in.
The celebrations had been a resounding success, with students, faculty, and staff all coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The YTC Club's efforts in organizing the event had been commendable, and their dedication to creating a memorable experience for all had been evident throughout the celebrations.
The event had truly created a memorable history in the college, one that would be cherished for years to come. The success of the event had not only brought the college community closer but had also showcased the YTC Club's capabilities in organizing large-scale events.

Garba Night in Ulhasnagar

The Industrial Visit Committee of H.R. College successfully organized a vibrant Garba Night at Virat Ambe Sports Club, Ulhasnagar. The event aimed to celebrate the cultural tradition of Garba and Dandiya while fostering unity, enjoyment, and student engagement beyond academics. The venue was beautifully decorated with traditional Garba-themed décor, setting the tone for an energetic evening filled with music, dance, and festivities. The event featured multiple Garba and Dandiya rounds accompanied by a live DJ playing a mix of traditional and popular tracks. Competitions were also held for best traditional attire, best dancer, and best group performance, with awards distributed to the winners. Organized with meticulous planning, the night included adequate security arrangements, professional sound and lighting, and basic medical facilities. Despite challenges such as managing a large crowd, the event received positive feedback for its organization, entertainment, and festive atmosphere. Overall, the Garba Night was a cultural success, reinforcing team spirit and offering students a joyful and memorable celebration.
Rajaveer Factory

The Industrial Visit Committee of H.R. College organized an insightful educational tour to Raja Veer Factory, located in Ambernath, Maharashtra. The purpose of the visit was to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of industrial operations, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems. Raja Veer Factory is a well-established facility known for its production of bakery items such as Rajaveer Bread, Toast, and Pav, as well as its involvement in the textile and food processing sectors. During the visit, students observed the detailed production line, which integrates advanced machinery and automation techniques to ensure efficiency and consistency. The manufacturing process includes stages like raw material procurement, processing, baking, inspection, and packaging—each supported by robust quality control practices. The factory emphasizes safety, offering regular training to its staff and maintaining hygiene and health standards across its premises. Raja Veer Factory also promotes sustainability through energy-efficient machinery and effective waste management practices. Students gained valuable insights into the practical application of industrial knowledge, including the importance of innovation, safety measures, and environmental responsibility. The experience enriched their academic learning and emphasized the significance of disciplined teamwork and quality in manufacturing. Industrial Visit Report: Candy Factory

The Industrial Visit Committee of H.R. College organized a visit to Jai Balaji Candy Factory located in MIDC, Maharashtra. The purpose of the visit was to gain firsthand exposure to the candy manufacturing process, technological operations, and quality control mechanisms. Established in 1993, Jai Balaji Candy Factory is a prominent name in the confectionery industry, producing a wide range of sweets such as chocolates, gummies, toffees, and hard candies. Students observed the entire production cycle—from raw material preparation and mixing to molding, cooling, and automated packaging. The factory utilizes modern equipment including batch cookers, molding machines, and cooling tunnels, ensuring both efficiency and consistency. Emphasis was also placed on food safety, with strict hygiene practices and regular quality checks. The team noted the factory's commitment to environmental sustainability through energy-efficient systems and responsible waste management. Despite facing challenges like raw material price fluctuations and market competition, the factory continues to innovate and maintain high standards. The visit provided valuable insights into industrial operations, automation, and sustainable practices in large-scale food production.
Trip to Alibaugh

On the 21st and 22nd of April 2025, a group of 28 students from the Yuva Tourism Club (YTC) and the Industrial Visit Committee (IVC) of HRJC embarked on their very first trip in junior college. The destination was the beautiful coastal town of Alibaug, with accommodation arranged at the luxurious Sapphire Mansion.
The trip was filled with excitement and memorable experiences. Upon arrival, everyone enjoyed thoroughly, spending quality time at the beach, participating in various beach activities, and dancing to lively DJ music under the open sky. The atmosphere was full of energy and enthusiasm.
Early the next morning, the group witnessed a breathtaking sunrise by the sea, creating memories that would be cherished forever. After a refreshing morning, everyone checked out from Sapphire Mansion and headed directly to an amusement park. There, too, the students had a fantastic time enjoying different rides and attractions.
After a delightful lunch, the group returned home, wrapping up the trip with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories. The collaboration between YTC and IVC made this trip a grand success and set a vibrant tone for many more adventures to come.

Soap Factory IV

The Industrial Visit Committee of HR Junior College had its first Industrial Visit to a Soap Factory in Ulhasnagar . Teacher in charge for the Industrial Visit was Mr. Haresh Talreja Sir who accompanied them to the factory. The name of the factory was Raju Gota Soap Factory . The great infrastructure of the factory had complete traditional and well established machinery which was essential for efficient production. The co-operation and kindness of the owner Mr. Raju Kurseja and the staff were truly commendable. Students asked various questions to them regarding the procedure. Their willingness to share their knowledge and to make them understand their techniques and methods were fantastic. It fostered a deeper appreciation for the art of soap making.
