The Industrial Visit Committee (I.V.C.) is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing industrial visits to domestic and international destinations.
It consists of 11 departments: Itinerary, Reservation, Transportation, Accommodation, Sightseeing, Food & Beverage, MICE, Finance, VISA & Collaboration, Creatives, and P.R. & Social Media. These departments function year-round, operating like a mini corporate entity.
What sets I.V.C. apart is its ability to provide a superior value proposition at a lower cost compared to tour operators and travel agents. Each industrial visit is tailored to meet the specific requirements of different courses, ensuring that the content delivered is curated to benefit the target student groups.
The committee works diligently at the grassroots level to organize and execute these visits, focusing on collaborating with reputable partners in the tourism and hospitality industry to enhance the experience for the participating students.

Industrial Visit Report: Onion Insights Pvt. Ltd.

The Industrial Visit Committee organized a corporate visit to Onion Insights Pvt. Ltd., focusing on Market Research and Mystery Shopping methodologies. The session, led by Ms. Bhairavi Sagar (Founder & Director) and Col. Aditya Singh Rathore (VP – Operations), provided practical insights into customer experience management and real-world business applications.
Students gained exposure to industry practices, enhancing understanding of research-driven decision-making. Certificates of participation were awarded, and the visit opened prospects for future collaborations and internships, successfully bridging academic learning with corporate experience.
Industrial Visit Report: Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX)

The Industrial Visit Committee (IVC) organized a session at MCX, India’s largest commodity derivatives exchange, as part of the Board Room Session Series (BRSS). Mr. Saurabh Khanna (Learning & Development Specialist) guided students through commodity trading, settlement processes, margin requirements, and contract expiry procedures.
Highlights included gold price determination, global and domestic influencing factors, and risk management/hedging strategies. The interactive session enhanced students’ understanding of commodity markets and real-world financial practices. Mr. Khanna was felicitated, and students gained practical exposure to the operations of a leading financial exchange.

The Alumni Meet 2025 reunited alumni from various batches, along with faculty and students, fostering connections and experience-sharing. The Industrial Visit Committee (IVC) introduced its role in organizing industrial visits, receiving appreciation from alumni who shared their own experiences. The event strengthened alumni engagement, showcased IVC’s initiatives, and provided a platform for mentorship and networking.
VOYAGE 2025
September 18-19, 2025 Attendees: 20 Students
The BVoc Committee, Industrial Visit Committee, and Yuva Tourism Club represented H.R. College at Voyage 2025, a two-day intercollegiate fest blending innovation, tourism, and technology. Events included Ethontech, Flok and Flow, Festivlog, Think Tank, Voyage Vani, Tour Guide Trouble, Face Painting, Map Making, and Quiz. Vaishnavi Date secured 2nd Place in Festivlog. The participation of 17 team members showcased creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving under the mentorship of Mr. Faaiz Patel, making the experience dynamic and memorable.

AMRITSAR KULLU MANALI IV BY INDUSTRIAL VISIT COMMITTEE OF HR COLLEGE

The Industrial Visit Committee of H.R. College organized a successful 7-night, 8-day educational tour to Amritsar, Manali, and Kullu from December 10-17, 2024, for 58 students and 3 faculty members. The trip included visits to significant landmarks such as the Golden Temple, the Wagah Border retreat ceremony, Hadimba Devi Temple, and Kullu Shawl Factories, offering both cultural and educational experiences. Students engaged in activities like exploring the Langar Hall and participating in snow activities, providing valuable insights into teamwork, discipline, and the practical application of academic knowledge. The trip was coordinated by Asst. Prof. Faaiz S. Patel with key contributions from the organizing committee and student volunteers. Faculty members Ms. Sheela Shahe, Ms. Prachi Ahuja, and Mr. Sachin Bhowad also played an integral role in guiding the students throughout the visit.
Visit to On the Bank Vakaan

The Industrial Visit Committee of HR College organized a visit to On the Bank Vakaan on the 18th and 19th of January 2025. This visit was designed to provide a refreshing experience and foster collaboration among participants. On the morning of 18th January 2025, a bus departed from HR College to the Bank Vakaan. The group comprised 30 peons and 8 students, all excited to embark on the journey. Upon reaching Vakaan, the group explored the serene environment and scenic beauty of the area. The participants spent the night on the banks of Vakaan, engaging in activities that promote interaction and camaraderie.
Mcleodganji, Amritsar, Khajjar IV BY INDUSTRIAL VIST COMMITTEE OF HR COLLEGE

The pre-industrial visit (IV) meeting was conducted online via Zoom on 23rd January to provide a comprehensive briefing about the upcoming Industrial Visit. The session included a detailed discussion about the Industrial Visit itinerary, essential items to carry, and other necessary guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Students were instructed to bring their college ID for identification purposes, and in case they did not have it, they were advised to carry their Aadhar card as an alternative.
The meeting also served as an opportunity to address queries and clarify any doubts related to the visit. Mr. Mahesh Dubey from Unverisaal travels briefed students about the Industrial Visit. total of 60 students and 4 faculty members attended the session, actively participating to ensure they were well-informed and prepared for the journey ahead. The session successfully established clear communication and readiness for the industrial visit.
AMRITSAR DHARAMSHALA MCLEODGANJI DALHOUSIE KHAJJAR IV
January 29 to February25, 2025 Attendees :- 60 Students and 3 Faculties
The Industrial Visit Committee of H.R. College, promoted by the BAF and BFM Committees, successfully organized an 8-day educational tour from 29th January to 5th February 2025 to Amritsar, Dharamshala, McLeodganj, Dalhousie, and Khajjiar. A total of 60 students and 3 faculty members participated in the visit, which aimed to blend academic learning with cultural exploration. The journey began with a train ride on the Paschim Express from Mumbai. In Amritsar, students visited the Golden Temple and observed the efficient functioning of the world’s largest community kitchen, followed by the Wagah Border ceremony that evoked a strong sense of patriotism. The group later explored the scenic beauty and cultural richness of Dharamshala, McLeodganj, and Dalhousie, concluding with a visit to Khajjiar, famously known as the "Mini Switzerland of India." The trip provided students with valuable exposure to real-world applications of management principles while fostering teamwork and discipline. Under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Faaiz S. Patel and faculty members Mr. Rahul Mishra, Ms. Geeta Talreja, and Ms. Simran Satya, the visit was efficiently coordinated by committee heads Mr. Karan Dharma, Mr. Kabir Waghela, and Ms. Mahek Jain, ensuring a memorable and educational experience for all participants.

The meeting also served as an opportunity to address queries and clarify any doubts related to the visit. Mr Faaiz Patel, the Faculty in Charge of IVC Committee. Mr Karan Dharma (President), Kabir Waghela (Vice President), Mahek Jain (Secretary) and whole IVC Team was their to briefed the Students about the Industrial Visit.The total 109 and 6 faculty members, attended the Pre IV Meeting, actively participating to ensure they were well-informed and prepared for the journey ahead. SHIMLA KULLU MANALI IV BY INDUSTRIAL VISIT COMMITTEE OF H.R COLLEGE
February 5-14, 2025 ATTENDEES:- 109 Students and 5 Faculties
The Industrial Visit Committee of H.R. College, promoted by the B.Voc. Committee, successfully organized a 9-night, 10-day educational tour to Shimla, Kullu, and Manali from 5th to 14th February 2025. The journey began at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, where students and faculty gathered to commence their trip. In Shimla, the group explored the scenic snow-covered landscapes of Kufri and participated in various adventure activities. The itinerary continued with a stay at Highlander Camp in Manali, where students engaged in outdoor activities, enjoyed a lively DJ night, and bonded with their peers, creating lasting memories. Visits included the iconic Hadimba Devi Temple, followed by an excursion to the majestic Rohtang Pass, renowned for its snow-clad peaks and adventure sports like skiing and snowboarding. The tour concluded in Kullu, where students visited the famous Kullu Shawl and Jacket Factories, gaining insights into traditional weaving techniques and garment manufacturing processes. This educational trip provided a blend of academic learning and cultural exposure, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and the real-world application of classroom concepts. Guided by Asst. Prof. Faaiz S. Patel, the tour was efficiently coordinated by committee heads Mr. Karan Dharma (President), Mr. Kabir Waghela (Vice President), and Ms. Mahek Jain (Secretary). The presence and support of faculty members Haresh Sir, Vijay Sir, Bhavna Ma’am, Nain Ma’am, and Tushar Sir further enriched the experience, making the visit both informative and memorable.

JAMMU & KASHMIR: EXPLORING THE BEAUTY AND INDUSTRY

The Industrial Visit Committee (I.V.C.) of H.R. College of Commerce & Economics organized a remarkable trip to Jammu & Kashmir for its students. This enriching journey took them to three key destinations: Jammu, Srinagar, and Pahalgam.
The itinerary included a range of engaging activities, starting with a campus visit and session at the esteemed University of Kashmir. The students also had the opportunity to witness the intricate craftsmanship at a bat factory and explore the breathtaking apple gardens. Excursions to Sonmarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam added to the adventure and beauty of the trip. Asst. Prof. Faaiz S. Patel, the trip in charge, along with the dedicated student team of the Industrial Visit Committee, ensured a smooth and educational experience for all participants.
Principal Prof. Dr. Pooja Ramchandani, faculty member Mrs. Anjalli Vachhani, and Ms. Rekha Sawant from the non-teaching staff also accompanied the students, providing guidance and support throughout the trip.
