Project Sitaare: Ahura Support NGO Visit

Think India HRC’s Project Sitaare involved a visit to Ahura Support NGO, Byculla, engaging with 25–30 specially-abled residents. Activities included indoor games (Passing the Parcel, Bowling, Break the Cup Tower, Tail the Donkey), board games, a cake-cutting ceremony, and a live music performance. The initiative promoted empathy, inclusion, and joyful human connection, leaving a lasting impact on both visitors and residents.

A VISIT TO ANGEL XPRESS NGO

Think India HRC X Garuda Cell teams visited Angel Xpress NGO to engage with the children. The visit aimed to enrich the lives of the children through a combination of engaging activities, educational sessions, and heartfelt interactions.
The day began with a series of interactive games like Charades and Passing the Parcel, designed to foster teamwork and communication among the children. These activities not only provided a break from the daily routine but also encouraged the development of essential social skills. A storytelling session followed, focusing on themes of friendship and trust through beloved tales that imparted valuable lessons about kindness, trustworthiness, and the importance of mutual respect. The stories captivated the children, sparking lively discussions and reflections on the importance of companionship.
The visit concluded with the distribution of bananas, chocolates, cakes and chocolate drinks which added to the joyous atmosphere and left lasting smiles on the faces of the young participants. The positive impact of the day was evident in the enthusiasm and happiness expressed by the children throughout the event. Think India HRC X Garuda Cell remains committed to its ongoing efforts to support and empower young individuals within the community. By creating such meaningful experiences, both organizations continue to inspire and uplift children, fostering a brighter future for all.
Digital Marketing Webinar

On September 20, 2024, Think India HRC hosted a successful webinar on Digital Marketing featuring Mr. Prafful Garg, CEO of Younity and a career psychology expert, attracting 78 attendees. The session provided a comprehensive overview of how digital marketing has transformed customer engagement and brand promotion. Key topics included the differences between traditional and digital marketing, the importance of SEO, social media strategies, and effective content creation. Mr. Garg emphasized the strategic advantages of digital marketing, such as global reach and real-time feedback, supported by case studies of successful campaigns. An interactive Q&A session allowed students to explore how these skills could enhance their career prospects, concluding with gratitude for Mr. Garg’s invaluable insights and contributions.
Christmas Cheer: Decorating Lives with Hope

Think India HRC volunteers visited Jude Child Care, an NGO, with the aim of engaging with the children, celebrating Christmas, and understanding the impactful work carried out by the organization. The visit provided an opportunity to bring festive cheer to the children while gaining insights into the organization’s operations and efforts.
To celebrate Christmas, we organized an interactive activity where we created paper Christmas trees with the children. The activity was met with great enthusiasm as the children showcased their creativity and imagination. The joy and excitement they exhibited made the day memorable for everyone and added a festive spirit to the event.
During the visit, the volunteers also explored the facilities and observed the care provided to the children. St.Jude Child Care supports both children and parents through various programs, including therapy and holistic care, ensuring emotional and psychological well-being. The centre also gave all the volunteers handmade bookmarks and paper flowers. Witnessing the dedication and compassion of the staff was truly inspiring, leaving everyone with a deeper appreciation for their efforts.
