E - Industrial visit to Jain Farm Fresh Foods Ltd.

The event was the first of its kind providing a holistic experience where participants got to know about various steps involved in food processing right from procuring to processing and packaging to delivering.
Mr. Athang Jain (Director, Jain Farm Fresh Foods Ltd.) and his colleagues gave valuable insights into the art and science of packaging. They also shed some light on the consumer psychology involved behind packaging and about inventory management and enlightened participants with the basics of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Hustler series Ep: 1 – Accelerating into E – Sports with Saurav Bandyopadhyay

A series of webinars with young and successful entrepreneurs specially curated for the students of H.R. College. Kick started with Mr. Saurav Bandyopadhyay, a Professional Race Car Driver and the CEO of an E-Sports venture called IReSports.
He spoke about various elements of entrepreneurship like funding and innovation. He shared his stellar journey as an entrepreneur, a professional racer and a CEO. He highlighted the importance of perseverance, determination and pushing one’s boundaries. His personal anecdotes about hard-work, struggle and tenacity inspired the participants.

Planned and organized a fun and exciting week for our First Year BMS Students comprising games, quizzes and talent showcases whilst interacting and building a bridge between the juniors and the seniors.

Webinar on Time Management

November 19, 2020

A session on Time Management was conducted by Mr. Anand Halbe, who has 40 years of experience as a high-tech industry veteran, in the areas of business strategy and new market creation.
He shared some valuable insights on time management with a mix of theoretical knowledge and his practical experiences. Mr. Halbe showed how utilizing and managing time efficiently can make a person happier. The introduction of interesting concepts like the Time Matrix were also done which left a great impact on the students.

E - Industrial visit to MAPro

The second virtual Industrial Visit - Map your way to Mapro organised by Flames Club had Dr. Pooja Ramchandani, I/C Principal and Mr. Nikunj Vora, CEO, Mapro Foods Pvt. Ltd. as chief guests. They were both welcomed and introduced at the start of the event.
After a brief promotional video of FLAMES club, a documentary on MAPRO which was shot by FLAMES club members during their actual visit to Mapro at Valvan, Lonavala was shared. In the documentary, we saw how COVID-19 precautions and guidelines are being adhered to. We were able to visit sites like the Mapro's production unit for their new product - Khakhra and other sites like Mapro store and the famous Mapro kitchen. The ambience, work environment and calming spirit of the location was experienced through the visuals. This was followed by an address and interactive session with Mr. Nikunj Vora.
