The Placement Cell of H.R. College of Commerce & Economics is committed to maintaining a professional, transparent, and efficient recruitment process for both internships and final placements. Students registering with the Placement Cell are required to adhere to all policies, guidelines, and code of conduct prescribed for the academic year 2026–27.
The policies have been designed to ensure fair participation, professional conduct, timely communication, and effective coordination between students, recruiters, and the Placement Cell. They cover important aspects such as eligibility criteria, registration procedures, attendance requirements, communication protocols, interview conduct, offer acceptance procedures, confidentiality obligations, and disciplinary actions in cases of non-compliance.
Students are expected to:
- Register within the prescribed timelines and provide accurate information.
- Regularly monitor official email communications from the Placement Cell.
- Maintain professionalism and decorum throughout all recruitment processes.
- Attend interviews, assessments, pre-placement talks, and other recruitment activities as scheduled.
- Adhere to prescribed dress codes, communication protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
- Promptly communicate internship or placement outcomes to the Placement Cell.
- Respect all corporate partners, recruiters, Placement Cell members, and fellow students.
Failure to comply with the prescribed policies may result in warnings, suspension from internship opportunities, debarment from placement activities, or any disciplinary action deemed appropriate by the Placement Cell and College Authorities.
