PRINCIPAL'S MEETING - STUDENTS & PARENTS
July 23, 30 - August 6, 2022 Attendees: 710
The Principal, Dr. Mrs. Pooja Ramchandani held a meeting with the Parents and students of S.Y.J.C. The Principal spoke about the college activities, both academic and extracurricular. The emphasised that students should maintain the minimum attendance as required by the HSC Board. She encouraged the students to take part in various activities and at the same time to focus on their studies too.’
DEFAULTERS MEETING
September 26, 2022 Attendees: 247
The Principal held a meeting with parents and students of S.Y.J.C. who had poor attendance. The Vice Principal of Junior College, Ms. Laju Sharma warned the students that strict action will be taken against these students if they did not attend lectures regularly from now onwards. The Principal also warned the student that they would be given Leaving Certificate if they did not improve their attendance.

ACTIVITIES 2019-2020
The Open House Club organised an Open House for the FYJC students on November 16, 2019.
The mark sheets of the Terminal Examination were distributed to the students and parents who were present for this meeting.
Parents interacted with class teacher and subject faculty about the performance and attendance of their wards.
At the Open House the toppers were felicitated by the Vice Principal. A meeting with the defaulters of attendance and poor performers was also held by the Vice Principal.
The second open house for FYJC was held on January 14, 2020 where all the parents were called and performance of their wards was discussed.
The SYJC and FYJC volunteers of the Open House Club helped the teachers at the PTA meeting and thereby got an opportunity to hone their organizational skills.
