H. R. College organized an Interactive session with the Sheriff of Mumbai, Dr. Mrs. Indu Shahani on 29th June, 2012. This session was requested by the Vibgyor High School.
 
250 participants from across the country who had come to the city to participate in Vibgyor High Model United Nations interacted with the Sheriff & Principal of HR College.
 
Dr. Shahani spoke on ‘Effective Leadearship and Student Empowerment’. She described the essentials of Leadership through three ‘C’s – Competency, Creativity & Compasion. She shared a few personal and H.R. College experiences with the visitors.
 
The session was followed by a Q&A round with the sheriff. An interesting close to the session was when the students were asked to discuss their learnings from the session.
 
The visitors were offered refreshments with the trademark H.R. hospitality.
