The Placement Cell of H.R. College strives towards helping students create their future by facilitating on campus recruitment, giving a common platform to the students and hiring companies. Having in-depth knowledge of several industrial sectors, a sound recruitment process and developed associations with companies and organizations, it ensures that Students get the placements of their choice while companies and organizations get the talent that they are searching for.
The Placement Cell, guided by a set of rules and principles strives to maintain warm relation with firms.  Preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting firms for pre-placement talks on campus followed by final placements, and overseeing the process to its end is a responsibility that the Placement Cell endeavors to carry out successfully.
Since the inception of the placement cell, most of the students available for the final recruitment have got jobs through on campus interviews. The uniqueness is that placements it is an ongoing process as we continue to provide job opportunities to our students even after they graduate in order to achieve our goal of 100% placements.
The college strongly encourages its students to pursue at least one industry internship as well as one NGO internship in the three years of its degree programme. Our alumni are based amongst the most respected organizations, nationally and internationally and are a significant source of support and encouragement.
Placement Procedure
A Placement Season is organized every year for Corporates to conduct on-campus recruitments.
The placement season 2012-13 began on the November 20, 2012. The inauguration of the Placement Cell informed the final year students with the placement procedures, the rules and regulations that the students strictly need to abide by, as well as provide details regarding the various leading companies visiting campus in the Opening Week. The main objective is to help students identify their career objectives and develop skills required to achieve them. 
Mr. Anuj Didwania was invited to train the students and guide them through all their difficulties for the recruitment process. He conducted a workshop which threw light upon ‘how to make a winning resume’, held mock interviews and mock group discussions. He also shared some break through examples of successful interviews.
The season officially began with welcoming MNC and renowned organizations to participate in the Placement season which began on the November 21, 2012 and still continues.
The procedures companies follow on campus for their recruitment process includes:
Pre-Placement Talk (PPT): The PPT provides an opportunity to the recruiting companies and the students to interact.  Presentation by the companies about themselves (history, growth potential, future opportunity, etc.) and jobs available (content, compensation package, location, etc.) gives a very consequential insight to each aspiring student making choice for their career.  This is usually followed by an Aptitude test, Group Discussions & Personal interview rounds, depending on the process followed by individual companies.
We have assisted a huge number of students to get placed in reputed organization, the Placement cell reaches greater heights by attracting more companies with excellent pay packages every year. The number of companies visiting campus has doubled from last year helping the college achieves 95% placements, however, the process is a never ending one.
The students enjoyed the benefits of campus recruitment by leading companies from various industries such as Finance, Real Estate, Mass media & communications, Information Technology, Social sector to name few.
Companies that have recruited students from the College in the last few years are: Google, KPMG, Deloitte,  Ernst & young, PWC, Jones Lang Lasalle, Godrej Properties, Royal Bank of Scotland, Axis Bank, Viacom18, Teach for India, Bloomberg, Hindustan Times, Canara Robeco, S.P Jain School of Global Management, Tata , A.C. Nielsen, Edelweiss, Protiviti,  Zomato.com, JSW Steel; to name a few.
H.R. College thus hopes to become a premier institution to interface with industry and be a prime human resource centre.
