1. Cut-off for the First List
  Cut-off cannot be determined at this stage till all the admissions are processed. Please see the first merit list, for knowing the exact cut-off.

2. Would the Merit List be displayed on the college website?
  Attempts are being made to put the list on the website, but there is no assurance. It is always advisable to view the list in person, to avoid any miscommunication.

3. Are Christians/ Jains etc. eligible to apply in the Minority Quota?
  No, the minority quota is only for Sindhi students.

4. Is one required to submit an Affidavit even if they have already provided a Caste Certificate?
  Affidavit is to be submitted only by Sindhi’s seeking admission in the minority quota. Caste certificate is adequate to secure admission under the reserved category.

5. Procedure related to Withdrawal of Admission from college and time taken.
  Admissions can be withdrawn / refund collected within 1 hour – 48 hours, depending on the formalities required.

6. Will the college refund the fees? If yes, then in how much time?
  College will refund the fees after deducting a certain amount for administrative purposes. Refund can be collected within 1 hour to 48 hours.

7. Mode of payment – Fees
  All fees to be paid in CASH ONLY.

8. College Timings
  Timings for Junior College are between 1:40pm and 6:10pm depending on the lecture schedules.

9. Would there be a 3rd Merit list?
  3rd Merit List depends on the number of vacant seats. To fill up any vacant seats, the 3rd list MAY be put up.
10. Does the student need to be present for the admission or can someone else do it for him?
  It is preferable that the student be present for admission, but exemption maybe allowed only on certain grounds, prior to the admissions, with written permission of the authorities.

11. Are students allowed to switch subjects in the middle of the year?
  Change of subject procedure will be put up once college starts and student applies to the college office for change in subject.

A. 1. Application addressing to Principal of College, mentioning the copies of transcripts
2. Original Marksheets of all the years you require transcripts.
3. It takes about 10 college working days

Q. How to Apply for a Recommendation ?
A.

1. Prepare a draft of the recommendation letter and get the signature of the concerned Professor
   on the same.
2. Submit the same to the transcript counter for verification and printing on the college letterhead.

4. It takes about 10 college working days

Q. How to Apply for a Bonafide?
A.

1. Prepare an application addressing the Principal of the College stating the reason for applying to
   Bonafide certificate.
2. Carry your college ID-card for verification
3. Submit the application at Transcript counter.
4. It takes about 1 college working day.
