1) Admission form in original (Green Colour)
2) Original Marksheet of XIIth Std. alongwith four attested Photocopies.
3) Photocopy of Xth Std. Marksheet
4) Leaving Certificate with two attested Photocopies.
5) Migration Certificate and Pass Certificate with two attested Photocopies (for other than Maharashtra Board      Students).
6) Four passport size photographs.
7) Eligibility form (for other than Maharashtra Board Students) will be provided by the college.
8) Affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper (for Sindhi students only).
9) Caste Certificate with two attested Photocopies (for Reserved Category students only)
