F.Y.B.Com

     A.  Admission form in original (Green colour).
     B.  Original Marksheet of XIIth Std. along with four attested Photocopies.
     C.  Photocopy of Xth Std. Marksheet
     D.  Leaving Certificate with two attested Photocopies.
     E.  Migration Certificate and Pass Certificate with two attested Photocopies (for other than            Maharashtra  Board Students).
     F.  Four passport size photographs.
    G.  Leaving Certificate with two attested Photocopies.
    H.  Leaving Certificate with two attested Photocopies.
      I.  Leaving Certificate with two attested Photocopies.

 
 

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION

     a.  Pre-Admission Form.
     b.  Photocopy of the XIIth Marksheet.
     c.  Application under SPORTS/CULTURAL/RESERVED/SPECIAL CATEGORY (Photocopy of the documents in support of their application under the said category).
